Privacy
What I collect when you visit this site, and why. In plain words, like everything else.
This is an English translation of the Italian privacy page. If the two differ, the Italian version applies.
Who is responsible for your data
Isabella Ducros, VAT no. IT18435061009, who runs Tutti prompti. For any question or request about your data, write to scrivi@tuttiprompti.it: I answer myself.
Visit statistics
To understand which pages are read and where people come from, I use Umami, a statistics program installed on a server in Europe that I manage myself. It collects: the pages viewed, the site you came from, the type of device and browser, the country, how long you stay on the page and clicks on some buttons (for example “Get the link”).
These statistics use no cookies and do not store your IP address. To count visits, Umami calculates a code from your IP address and browser type, together with a key that changes every month: this way it recognises the same device for a month at most, and the code cannot be traced back to you. That is why the site does not ask you to accept cookies. The data is not passed on to anyone. If you have turned on “Do Not Track” in your browser, the site does not count your visit at all.
The link to the tools
On the Tools page you can ask for the link to a tool by leaving your email. At that moment I store: your email address, which tool you asked for, the date, whether you opened the link and how many times, and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which is used only to block automated requests and from which the address cannot be recovered.
I use your email for one thing only: sending you the link and knowing who uses the tools, so that I can tell you if one changes. No newsletter, no passing it on to others. The confirmation email is sent from a Gmail account: Google delivers it like any other email. The request stays stored until you ask me to delete it: just send an email to scrivi@tuttiprompti.it, or reply to the email with the link. I delete it and write to confirm.
The course mailing list
Anyone who wants to hear about future editions of the course leaves their name and email in a Google Forms form. I store the name, the email, the date and the consent tick, in a Google Sheet in my account. As soon as you send the form, a confirmation email reaches you automatically, from a Gmail account.
I use your name and email only to send you a few emails about Tutti prompti (until 24 October 2026, also the link to the introductory session): the dates, registration, the next editions of the course. No passing them on to others. I do this because you allow me to, with the box you tick in the form, and you can withdraw your permission whenever you like: just reply to one of my emails with “cancellami” (“remove me”) or write to scrivi@tuttiprompti.it. I keep the data until you ask me to delete it; when you do, I delete it and write to confirm.
The form and the sheet are on Google, which keeps the data on its servers, including in the United States, and also processes it under Google’s privacy policy: with a Google account like mine, Google does not work only on my behalf. The transfer to the United States is based on the EU–US agreement on data transfers (Data Privacy Framework), which Google has joined. When you open the form, Google collects your IP address, browser and device type and uses its own cookies, as on all its services. You do not need a Google account to fill in the form.
If you register for the course or write to me
Course registration goes through Eventbrite, which processes data under Eventbrite’s privacy policy. If you send me an email, I keep your message and my reply as in any correspondence, for as long as I need to answer you and remember what we talked about.
The typefaces
The site’s typefaces are on my server, together with the pages: your browser asks nothing of Google Fonts or other outside services. They are typefaces with an open licence, and the licences are published next to the files.
Your rights
You can find out what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, object to its use and withdraw the permission you gave me: just send an email to scrivi@tuttiprompti.it. If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the data protection authority of your own country.
